Please review our guidelines before choosing a shipping method:
All orders re shipped via USPS or FedEx on business days (Monday to Friday) excluding holidays.
We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska or Hawaii.
We are unable to ship to PO Box or military addresses.
We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
For overnight service, orders must be submitted Monday-Friday by 11AM EST.
Overnight orders placed on Thursday after 11AM through Friday 11AM EST will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 11AM EST and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday.
Rates for shipping and handling vary depending on the destination, size, weight of your package, and also the time frame in which you would like to receive your order. More details about shipping options and rates or your order will be determined during the checkout process.

Fit is very important to us, and if the items you ordered do not fit your size and/or your expectations for any reason, we would be happy to assist you for an exchange or refund of the full item price. Just send an email to sales@lailalee.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will honor returns and exchanges for full refund for new and unworn items only. We will also honor full refunds and exchanges for damaged products on a case by case basis, please email us at sales@lailalee.com. - Privacy

Laila Lee has put careful though and consideration in presenting the luxurious quality of our products as well the packaging. When shipments are made, gift boxes are packaged in unmarked traditional packaging. The shipping slip and return address are marked with the company information, However, the packaging exterior never hints to the contents except if required by customs. - Viewing Orders

You will receive email confirmations upon submitting your order, payment confirmation, and notification when the order is shipped, including a link to FedEx for tracking information. - Package
- Whether shopping for someone you love or purchasing for yourself – complimentary gift wrapping is our gift to you. Unless you request otherwise, each and every package shipped from us comes beautifully wrapped in Laila Lee gift box with signature tissue and ribbons.
- Fit
- Our bodies come in all shapes and sizes and no two bodies are the same. If you are consistent with the size of bras, panties, and slips you traditionally buy, we recommend you purchase a similar size with us. For more detailed product specific fit suggestions, please feel free to contact us at sales@lailalee.com our sales consultants will work with you personally to determine the best size and cut for your body and personal style.

Lingerie
Washing: Unless clearly noted to dry clean, Laila Lee lingerie should be gently hand-washed in cold water. It is very important to always wash with like colors separately and to use a lingerie wash bag. Always hook, fasten, button or clip any fasteners before washing to avoid snagging. We recommend a very light hand soap for washing products.
Drying: Allow your items to air dry naturally away from direct light on a clean flat surface or on a clean flat white towel.
Accessories
Washing: Unless clearly noted to dry clean, Laila Lee accessories should be gently wiped with a clean white toilette moistened with cold water. It is very important to never complete wet or submerge leather, lace, and pearls in water. Do not use soap or jewelry cleaner, as they may leave stains. Feathers can be gently wiped for cleaning and re-shaping, however take care to be gentle and watch for color fastness.
Drying: Allow your items to air dry naturally away from direct light on a clean flat surface or on a clean flat white towel.
Swarovski Crystal Pearls
Our Swarovski crystal pearl accessories are very delicate, please handle with love and care. If for any reason the pearl cord breaks, we will gladly assist free of charge. Simply collect the pearls and any accompanying findings in a ziplock bag and email sales@lailalee.com to arrange for free repair. We will gladly re-string your pearls and replace any damaged pearls.
